The Kahala Hotel Pays Tribute to Julia Child

Julia Child said it best: “Life itself is the proper binge.”

So in honor of the award-winning chef’s 100th birthday anniversary, The Kahala Hotel & Resort is hosting a month-long series of culinary events, dinners and a la carte menu items made from the recipes in Child’s famous cookbook, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking,” in August.

(Dante Camara, shown above, coordinated this culinary series for the hotel.)
