Pebble Beach Golf Course Estate Listed for $79 Million

On four acres of property near the Pebble Beach golf course, developer Carl Panattoni spent two decades working on a one-of-a-kind estate.

Formerly owned by Gene Hackman, Panattoni took the one property off his hands and proceeded to purchase two more properties neighboring the Hackman estate, transforming the land into a golfer’s dream come true. The massive estate is nestled right beside the Pebble Beach golf course.

The waterfront property, inhabited by the Panattoni family since its purchase, is hitting the market, starting at a staggering $79 million.
