One-Of-A-Kind Ferrari SP12 EC Built for Eric Clapton
Eric Clapton's one-of-a-kind Ferrari SP12 EC is estimated to cost $4.7 million.
Ferrari has taken the wraps off a 458 Italia model that was built exclusively for Eric Clapton.
The one-of-a-kind creation dubbed the Ferrari SP12 EC was built in cooperation with Ferrari’s Special Projects program and Pininfarina. Ferrari SP12 EC is basically a slightly altered version of the 458 Italia, with new body panels inspired by the 512 BB, of which Clapton already has three. The singer reportedly wanted Ferrari’s 6.0-liter V12 engine in his new car, but the 458 Italia’s 4.5 litre engine was used instead.
