Sponsored by Sunset Strip Business Assn., the market will be located in the parking lot east of the old Tower Records. With a large lineup of vendors, the new Farmers’ Market will not only benefit locals but also restaurants who can now shop during the week for produce. Local chefs will be given a one-hour slot from 4-5 p.m. to do their shopping and, in exchange, each week a select restaurant will prepare special dishes made from the market’s produce.
