Lavish Napa Valley Retreat on the Market for $17.5 Million

News | May 31, 2012

Former Yahoo! COO and president Jeff Mallett has put his 25-acre Napa Valley estate, Vineyard Knolls, on the market for $17.5 million. This 25-acre property was originally constructed by Hollywood producer David L. Wolper, the same man who produced Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and was purchased by Mallett in 1999. He has since renovated the massive estate into an exclusive retreat.

Vineyard Knolls is composed of a laundry list of slew of amenities, but probably its most prominent feature is the 9-hole Northern California Golf Association golf course. In addition, Vineyard Knolls offers two lakes, a wraparound deck and pool, a 7,500 square-foot home, a 6,412 square-foot clubhouse and caretaker’s home, croquet lawn and open-air pool pavilion and of course gorgeous lands offering ultimate exclusivity.
