Just in Time For Cinco de Mayo, Calle Tacos Opens on Hollywood Blvd.

The first thing you’ll notice while walking into Calle Tacos on Hollywood Boulevard will be the giant white food truck inside the marble floored, pop art walled Mexican restaurant.

Calle Tacos, next to Playhouse Hollywood,, takes the food truck concept-fresh food, quick service, great late night snacking-and added a twist.  Their food truck is permanently parked inside: a restaurant within a restaurant (cuisine inception).  The huge bonus to a permanent food truck indoors is you don’t have to worry about the weather plus there are areas to sit.

The menu at Calle Tacos features standard Mexican dishes such as burritos, tacos and nachos plus a wide variety of homemade salsas and family ingredients so the customer can customize a dish to their liking.

Opened by husband and wife, Dorian and Javier Villaseñor in conjunction with Muse Lifestyle Group, Calle Tacos has the Hollywood flare but is grounded in family tradition from a line of restauranteurs that own over 25 restaurants and share a passion for simple food and great taste.
