Josh Hutcherson Purchases Hollywood Hills “Tree House”
“Hunger Games” star Josh Hutcherson has joined the likes of Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Daniel Radcliff as a teenage homeowner, purchasing a spot in the Hollywood Hills West area for $2.5 million.
The 2,000 square-foot-plus home, built in 1951, is nicknamed the “Tree House”, as it sits on nearly half an acre filled with sycamores. It features glass walls, polished concrete floors, an office, beamed ceilings, video security and a 2,500 square-foot outdoor living space with a movie lounge and barbecue area. The Hollywood Hills place has previously been home to the late Heath Ledger as well as talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
Hutcherson will be living with his adopted pit bull roommate, Driver.
