Designed by Jason of Beverly Hills, the newly designed 2012 World Series of Poker bracelet is the most expensive sports prize ever. The championship bracelet was unveiled for the World Series of Poker’s main event winner on Friday.

The bracelet features 35 carats of diamonds and 170 grams of 14 karat gold. According to Jason Arasheben, president of Jason of Beverly Hills, it contains more diamonds and gold than any other World Series ring.

“Every jeweler gets to design earrings and necklaces and bracelets, but this is the chance to do a piece that really means something. I wanted to pay tribute to Las Vegas, because I have a store there. They don’t have a professional basketball or football team, but what says Vegas more than the World Series of Poker? The epitome of Vegas says ‘over the top’ and that’s what I did here,” Arasheben said.

In addition to the luxurious bracelet, the winner of the World Series of Poker will also take home $7-8 million in prize money.

The World Series of Poker is made up of 60 poker tournaments capped by the main event. It will run through July 16.
