Gustoitaliano Debuts in Hollywood
On Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 2, Gustoitaliano, an importer of Italian culinary goods, hosted an event at the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel that highlighted the different tastes of Italy.
Gustoitaliano was planned by five Italians from various business backgrounds, including engineering, fashion, and film. They decided to create Gustoitaliano to market premium quality and genuine Italian goods. Products featured at the event included microbrews from Birra Valscura, cheese from Cantine Innocenti, coffee from connoisseur Caffe Costadoro, olive oil from producer Olio Polla, pasta from pasta maker Pastificio Fabbri, among other Italian goods. Event attendees were able to sample different flavors and discuss the food with the producer themselves. The pop-up event was intimate and informal, allowing a mix of people to mingle.
