News | May 9, 2012

The most affectionate aficionado’s of wine in Los Angeles will come together for the Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program’s tenth and final annual dinner on Thursday, May 10.  Along with world-class wine tasting, the event will recognize Ann Colgin of Colgin Cellars for her support of cancer research at Children’s Hospital LA.

“Going Out in Style: 10 Great Wines for 10 Great Years” begins at 6:30pm with a cocktail reception followed by a delectable five star dinner.  Held at The Bazaar in the SLS Hotel, Chef José Andrés put together a four-course meal to match 10 wines from regions such as Colgin and Araujo to name a few.

The evening finishes up with a live auction with prizes such as rare wines, a VIP Napa Valley experience at Meadowood, a private wine tasting at Colgin Cellars and a seat on the Robb Report magazine’s annual “Car of the Year” panel.  All the proceeds will go to the Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program, which conducts cancer and leukemia for infants, toddlers and children at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
