Ann Liguori to Host 14th Annual Charity Golf Classic

Radio and television sports personality Ann Liguori of The Ann Liguori Foundation will host the 14^th Annual Charity Golf Classic for cancer prevention and care on June 6, 2012 at Maidstone Club in East Hampton.  Proceeds will benefit non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society and Healthy Children, Healthy Futures.

This year, Ann Liguori will be joined by sports tycoons like former Yankee’s pitcher Tommy John, 4-time Stanley Cup winner Bobby Nystrom and Golf Digest’s Fashion Director Marty “Mr. Fashion” Hackel. Honorable donors for the Ann Liguori Foundation Charity Golf Classic are Clarins USA, Cross Golf Apparel (www.crossgolfapparel.com), Duck Walk Vineyards, Outback Steakhouse, North & West Coast Links, Platinum Maintenance and Taylor-Made Adidas. Dinner honoree this year is Jim Halpin, CEO of Platinum Maintenance. He will be honored for his dedication to a variety of charities including The Muscular Dystrophy Association and the National Italian American Foundation. The live auction will include golf trips to Ireland for a chance to play some of Ireland and Northern Ireland’s championship links courses.
