$15 Million Little Black Dress
Tov International, a diamond wholesaler, has recently debuted an outstanding $15 million version of the little black dress.
The gorgeous couture was showcased at the American Gem Society 2012 Conclave last week and was designed by Chloe & Reese. It features 100 flawless, 3-carat round diamonds – four on each sleeve, seven decorating the back and the last 85 covering the bodice.
