A Greenwich Village luxury condominium in Manhattan is slating one parking space at a cool million-the most expensive parking spot ever. So if searching for a parking spot and dreading that inevitable walk to your home is nightmarish to you and your willing to dish out big bucks for a private spot, this space is pristine.
About that house, one has to dish out $39 million to buy the buildings largest 8,000 sq/ft duplex penthouse to just be eligible for the parking space, which is 23 feet long and 12 feet wide.
Prospective buyers have time to think about this one, as the space is slated to be on sale this fall, after construction of the haute building is complete.
