Yoga with a View at Palihouse Holloway

April showers bring… May yoga! Every Tuesday in May starting on the first, Palihouse Holloway will host a rooftop yoga class. Starting at 6:30pm and lasting an hour, instructor Donna Decoster will help you perfect your downward dog while the sun falls around you over Los Angeles. Live acoustic guitarist Matt Decoster will accompany with a set of soothing tunes.

Hungry after the last namaste? Head downstairs to Palihouse Courtyard Brasserie for “Tuesday Salad Bowl Specials.” Continuing with the health theme, the diet-friendly menu features salads such as a whole-wheat penne pasta salad with avocado, salsa verde, black beans, and heirloom cherry tomatoes for $8 or a shaved asparagus, arugula, rhubarb, idiazabal cheese, and pine nuts salad for $9. Grilled salmon, grilled tofu, or grilled chicken breast are also available if your body is telling you it needs that extra protein.
