Vive LA France: More French Designers Come To LA

With Vanessa Bruno opening her first US store in LA, word comes that fashion darling Isabel Marant will to open her second US store later this year in 8454 Melrose Place, specifically between Temperley London and Marni  (unfortunately, no drama à la the Fox series between these European brands is expected).

It’s refreshing to see these bohemian French designers recognizing the City of Angels as an important market. Isabel Marant routinely flies out of stores like Creatures of Comfort, Satine, Heist, Elyse Walker and Barneys New York.

According to these retailers, they don’t fear any issues with the addition of the brand’s store. Several of them reassured me they’ve placed their Fall orders without limitations. Plus, it will just make things easier for fashion girls to get the pieces they want, although they shouldn’t expect to be the only lady wearing them at Chateau Marmont.
