Vikram Pandit’s Greenwich Mansion hits Market for $4.3 Million
Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit is selling his stunning Greenwich, Connecticut mansion for $4.3 million.
Originally purchased by the Pandits in 1999 for $3.4 million, the property boasts six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms in a 5,105 square foot space.
Resting on 2.37 acres, the property is located near the Round
Hill Country Club. It is a white Colonial-style manor built in 1939, but combines a variety of different styles inside, giving it a unique ambiance. Details include five fireplaces, a long driveway with landscaped yard, a two-car garage and granite countertops in the kitchen.
Luxe amenities include entertainment and lounging terraces, an outdoor barbecue station and a heated outdoor swimming pool complete with pavilion. Extensive renovations keep the home updated and modern.
The house is designed so that guests can stay on a separate floor from the family, ensuring that the family has privacy when entertaining visitors.
