Mark Pincus, the founder and CEO of the extremely successful gaming firm Zynga, sat down with Brad Stone from Business Week and shared his personal experiences with failure.
The entrepreneur explained how his failures all contributed to his success and how they each formed part of the development of the final business concept. “One thing I learned is that while your vision should never change, you should keep trying different strategies until one works…you almost always know why you’ve failed. You have a lot of time to think about it,” he said.
