Haute 100 Los Angeles Update: Wolfgang Puck Calls the New Trends for Hotel Restaurants

All of the best hotels offer world class dining, and to maintain their status they need to be constantly keeping up with the new food trends. Acclaimed chef and Haute 100 lister Wolfgang Puck predicted a few of the trends we can expect this seasons at all the famous luxury hotels.

He explains that although this isn’t a new concept in the food world, hotels are now adapting their menu’s seasonally to what is produced locally and available each season. Another trend the chef says we can expect is more Mediterranean influences; the past few seasons have been predominately Asian-infused and the light Mediterranean fashion is gaining a lot of popularity.
