Judge sides with Sumner Redstone’s media empire Viacom Inc. in the case against Google Inc. U.S Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a prior decision, which was previously in favor of YouTube. The case accused the Google-owned company of allowing copyrighted videos on its YouTube service without permission.
