Diane Keaton Puts New Condo up for Rent

If you want the rich and famous for a landlord, Diane Keaton is renting out her 940 East 2nd Street condo.

Keaton purchased the place for $570,000 and intends on using it as a rental property priced at $2,800 a month. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a rooftop terrace, and spans three floors.

These condos were formerly named the Barn Lofts, as the building was originally a 1906 warehouse for sugar beets. It is now a high-end luxury condo complex.
