Diane Keaton’s Town House for Lease
The legendary actress, Diane Keaton who’s been known to star in many films especially her newest “Darling Companion” has listed her downtown town house in Los Angeles for lease with a price tag of $2,800 a month, after recently purchasing the condo for a whopping $570,000.
The lovely town house features three levels of vaulted ceilings, a rooftop terrace, clerestory windows, skylights, steel beams, open floor plan, brick walls and a spacious living space with 2 ½ bathrooms, two bedrooms all in 1,285-square-feet.
The 66 year old star well known for her impressive portfolio in cinema from co-writing “California Romantica,” winning an Oscar for her leading role and currently working on a Rizzoli’s architecture book received representation for her purchase of the townhouse by Aileen Comora of the Agency. Paul Lester along with Comora had been listed on the lease as agents. According to the Multiple Listing Service, Deasy Penner & Partners agents, Wayne A. Willbur and Jason Kitchens had the for-sale listing.
