Christina Ricci’s Hollywood Cottage Goes up for Rent
Instead of selling her two-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage in Hollywood, Christina Ricci has opted to rent the property out for $8,000 per month.
The strategic move will spare Ricci from taking a loss on the $1.5 million dollar home in the still somewhat-poor Real Estate industry climate. The lovely cottage is an open-concept 1,891-square-foot home with wood floors, delicate wallpapers and a super sleek kitchen. Out back, an expansive swimming pool and Jacuzzi make the cottage anything but demure.
