Award-Winning Bukhara Restaurant of ITC Maurya Hotel in New Delhi to Open in London for Two Weeks

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts have announced that its world-renowned, award-winning restaurant, Bukhara, will be available to Londoners at the Sheraton Park Tower in Knightsbridge, London for just two weeks from May 17 to June 1 2012. Bukhara is located in Luxury Collection ITC Maurya Hotel in New Delhi and is widely acknowledged as one of the world’s best Indian restaurants.

Bukhara at Sheraton Park Tower will be styled by The Luxury Collection’s newest Global Explorer Waris Ahluwalia, accommodating guests indoors and outdoors. ITC Hotels Corporate Chef Manjit Gill will be serving the people of London some of Bukhara’s signature dishes like Sikandari Raan (Marinated Whole Leg of Spring Lamb), Murgh Malai Kebab (Creamy Chicken Kebab) and Dal Bukhara (a combination of whole black lentils, tomatoes, ginger and garlic slow-cooked over coals for 18 hours).

Bukhara at Sheraton Park Tower have already began taking reservations leading up to its opening day on Thursday, May 17, 2012.
