Adastra Unveiled Wednesday, has iPad Control Capabilities
The Adastra, the £15-million superyacht and symbol of wealth that took five years to build, was unveiled Wednesday in China.
It is the new floating pleasure palace of billionaire Anto Marden, who commissioned its construction by Sussex. The high-tech vessel was designed by John Shuttleworth and can be controlled remotely by the touch of an iPad from a 50-meter range.
Marden, a businessman based in Hong Kong who made his fortune in the shipping industry, will be able to sail his new baby between the two islands he already owns off the coast of Indonesia.
