Titanic Remembered Exhibition at the National Maritime Museum

News | March 6, 2012

To mark the centenary of the sinking of the Titanic in 1912, the National Maritime Museum will host a small exhibition, opening on March 8. The event will feature stories and a collection of recently acquired items.

The stories come from Walter Lord, who featured them in his book, A Night To Remember, which was later made into a film. Also on display will be items—such as letters and memorial cards— from the Lord-MacQuitty Titanic collection.
