Solis Launches its Pre-Race Breakfast Menu

Tucked away within the Palm Jumeirah’s Tiara Residences overlooking the dazzling beach front of the Palm Jumeirah, Solis is one of Dubai’s best kept eateries. The restaurant and bar is now launching its “Horse d’Oeuvres” Breakfast menu designed to offer a pre-Polo or Racing meal to be enjoyed with a group of friends before heading out to watch the many Polo matches and racing fixtures taking place this month. We tasted this new breakfast menu and were enticed.

Comprising a number of options, each designed to be sustaining as well as delectable, guests will be ready to venture outdoors for a long day of socialising and sports watching. Menu highlights include Eggs Benedict, one of the most popular brunch dishes, it is served with hearty turkey, ham and spinach on a warmed English muffin; Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs, featuring creamy and light eggs complimented by fine smoked salmon with a side helping of vegetables and white or multi-grain bread and Leak and Asparagus Frittata, which boasts a contemporary blend of old classics including seasoned vegetables and served with bread and grilled tomatoes – a perfect option for veggie eaters.

My guest and I opted for the Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs and were pleased as well as perfectly satisfied with our selections. The portions were well-balanced and not overly encompassing. As much as we were delighted with our meal, we kept admiring the beauty of the Palm Jumeirah beach waterfront below. The area is stunning yet remarkably quite hidden away from the rest of Dubai. For a serene escape with the chaos of the city, this is the place to go.
