Blackmon is now selling the newly named most expensive condo in New York, located at 50 Central Park South. The massive venue has 26 windows facing Central Park and was once home to the St. Moritz Hotel’s ballroom.

In the past five years, Blackmon has sold more than $300 million of luxury property. He is a senior vice President at Brown Harris Stevens.
