Fashion mogul Karl Lagerfeld has listed his 50 Gramercy Park North apartment for $5.2 million. Lagerfeld had previously listed the modern apartment last year before reducing the price and then removing it from the market altogether.

Karl Lagerfeld previously listed his New York apartment for $6.5 million last year and then dropped the price by $1.3 million and then eventually took it off the market. Now the fashion icon has re-listed his contemporary home for $5.2 million, hoping this time someone will step forward to seal the deal.

The 2,151-square-foot apartment features three bedrooms, open spaces and modern décor. With white walls and sleek lines throughout, the apartment is located at 50 Gramercy Park North.
