Haute Time: Federal Councillor Schneider-Ammann Will Open BASELWORLD 2012
Switzerland’s Minister of Economic Affairs, Federal Councillor Johann Schneider-Ammann, will be opening the The BASELWORLD Watch and Jewellery Show that will be running from March 8 to 15, 2012 in Basel. For more than 1,500 elite watch companies and more than 100,000 visitors from all over the globe, BASELWORLD 2012 is the most influential industry event of the year.
The world’s largest and most important show for the watch and jewelry industry, BASELWORLD, will present innovations and trends that will confirm their position as the leading show for the watch and jewelry industry. The opening ceremony will be performed by Federal Councillor, Johann Schneider-Ammann, along with Jacques J. Duchêne (President of the Exhibitors’ Committee), Christoph Brutschin (Councillor of the Canton of Basel-Stadt) and René Kamm (CEO of the MCH Group).
