Haute Event: The Pregnancy Foundation Holds Its First Hope Is Born Event
Last week, more than 250 guests gathered for an evening of charity and cocktails at The Pregnancy Foundation’s first Hope Is Born event. Held inside the Pussycat Dolls Burlesque Saloon at Planet Hollywood on Thursday, March 15, the elegant affair raised more than $200,000 for the organization and its mission to improve care for local women with high risk pregnancies.
The evening included a video montage highlighting the work of The Pregnancy Foundation, educating guests on families who have experienced difficult pregnancies and delivered their children safely through the efforts of modern medicine.
My News 3 Anchors Kim and Dana Wagner served as the event emcees and announced the winners of the live auctions. Live and silent auction selections included exclusive wines, luxury jewelry, live concert tickets and works of art. Auction items were donated from Assouline, Brioni, Red Rock Resort, Stella McCartney, Tao, Venetian and Palazzo to name a few.
Prominent Las Vegas community members in attendance were Frank and Jill Fertitta, Larry and Camille Ruvo, Bill and Shannon McBeath, Todd and Heather DuBoef, Vicki Fertitta, Lorenzo Fertitta, Don and Lori Foreman, Tim Poster, Linda Richardson, Sandy Tiberti, Flintie Ray Williams, and Mordecai Yerushalmi. Guests were seen enjoying the company of great friends and live entertainment provided by the Pussycat Dolls and comedian Sebastian Maniscalco.
