Haute 100 Update: Chef Daniel Boulud Celebrates his 57th Birthday and Raised $500,000 for Citymeals on Wheels

Haute 100 lister and one of New York’s most loved restaurateurs, Daniel Boulud celebrated his 57^th birthday last night. Held at his restaurant Daniel, guests enjoyed a five-course meal but it was more than just a celebration of the chef. Chef Boulud, for the 13^th year, used his birthday party as part celebratory gathering and part fundraiser for Citymeals on Wheels—the foundation of which Boulud is a board vice president.
