Eat Drink MoMA, falling Mar. 28, is a special evening of Mexican cuisine and cocktails inspired by the exhibition Diego Rivera: Murals for The Museum of Modern Art.
Cocktail reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the exhibition opening from 6:30 to 7:30 only to the event’s guests. A dinner will follow, featuring Chef Lynn Bound’s Mexican-inspired menu with artfully inspired dishes like Chicken and Vegetable Sopes; Braised Duck with Oaxacan Mole;and Lemon Corn Cake with Blackberries and Sweet Cream, paired with Mexican wines.
Guests will have the chance to mingle with Leah Dickerman, the curator of Diego Rivera: Murals for The Museum of Modern Art, and participate in a Q&A in the exhibition’s galleries during the cocktail reception. Dickerman will also deliver an address during the dinner.
