De Montfort University Student Designs “Royal” Shoe
Becka Hunt, a student at De Montfort University, has designed a shoe fit for a queen—or the Duchess of Cambridge.
In Feb., the Duchess announced that she would be selecting her favorite pair of shoes designed by six De Montfort University students. She selected the winner on March 8 during the beginning of the Diamond Jubilee U.K. tour.
The winning design, which the Duchess will wear, is made from blue suede and features a delicate lace detail with beading.
