Pop star Britney Spears has listed one of her Los Angeles homes for $2.995 million. Located in the gated Summit community of Los Angeles, the 7,453-square-foot Mediterranean-style estate has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Britney Spears, 30, purchased the Summit home in 2007 for nearly $7.2 million, but now the recently engaged pop princess is trying to unload the property for $2.995 million. Technically, the home is owned by a court-appointed conservatorship that manages Spears’ financial affairs. Spears’ father became a conservator for the singer in 2008.
The home, which has been on and off the market several times but never sold, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 7,453 square feet of living space, a swimming pool and a spa.
The Summit is a 24-hour guard-gated community that spreads over the divide between Beverly Hills and Studio City.
There are currently at least three other luxury homes in the Los Angeles area that were once owned or occupied by Spears currently for sale on the open market.
