In 2007, pop songstress Britney Spears paid almost $7 million for her Mediterranean property in Beverly Hills. Now, the stunning villa is on the market for a mere $2.995 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bath home rings in at 7,453 square feet. It has been in her father’s hands since he became the conservator for the property in 2008 during the singer’s notorious dark phase.

Details on the listing have note that the property is a “probate sale” and “subject to court confirmation.”
