Anderson Cooper, leading anchor of CNN, has put his amazing New York City penthouse on sale for a $3.75 million.
The property, located in Midtown West, was bought by Cooper in 2005 for $2.48 million. It is comprised of 3,100 square-feet of luxury space plus another 1,700 square-feet of beautiful terrace. The 12th floor apartment has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Also within Cooper’s penthouse are tons of new features, as the building just completed its year-long renovation: a custom lighting system, multi-room surround sound, oak and teak flooring, fine kitchen appliances and satin glass walls.
