World’s Highest Chef’s Table at Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong

The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is located on the 102nd through 118th floors of the ICC building, 420 meters above sea level. Opening soon inside the Ritz-Carlton is the Chef’s Table, a private dining room with separate sofa area and an open kitchen.
Available for up to 8 guests, the Chef’s Table will feature harbor views and menus running from eight to twelve courses that have been tailor-made by executive chef Peter Find and his team, for a minimum of $1,805.
Chef Find and his team will serve one table exclusively during the evening, providing explanations about ingredients and methods used for each course.
Bookings for the Chef’s Table have to be made at least two weeks in advance, and can be made at +852 2263 2270.
