Unique San Francisco Food Truck ‘Le Truc’ Now Serves Private Dinner Parties

Le Truc, one of San Francisco’s most reknown food trucks, announced that it is now offering a private dining experience, featuring culinary street food served from one of San Francisco’s many scenic locations.

It’s changing the face of private dining in San Francisco. The food is served from a revamped school bus, and the off-the-grid caterer provides patrons with a fixed four-course menu paired with artisanal beers and wines. The menu, which starts at $70 per person, is handcrafted to artfully incorporate fresh, seasonal ingredients into dishes like the spice-rubbed petit filet served over a panko breaded sour cream and chive potato fritter, then topped with Le Truc’s signature sauce bleu and garnished with local micro greens.

Sure beats the hell out of an overpriced hot dog.

Le Truc’s dinner parties are meant to be informal and interactive, held on a custom-build school bus. It’s no ordinary food cart concept and serves carefully sourced and healthful street food that is artfully prepared by gourmet chefs.
