Ryan Reynolds Lists Los Feliz Estate for $3.65 Million

Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds, 35, is moving on from his divorce from ex-wife Scarlett Johansson, 27, by listing their former home in Los Feliz on the market for $3.65 million.

The 1969 Buff & Hensman-designed home was purchased by Reynolds and his then-wife Johansson in 2010 for $2.9 million.

Featuring walls of glass, views of the ocean and downtown Los Angeles, the 2,835-square-foot home was upgraded by the former couple to include solar power. Two rooms that used to function as bedrooms were converted into a library and office. Now, there are two bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a master suite with access to a walled garden. The property also features a deck and saltwater pool.

The pair divorced after three years of marriage. They both have upcoming movies; Reynolds will star with Denzel Washington in “Safe House,” which will be released in February and Johansson will star in “Under the Skin” and “The Avengers” this year.
