Joining in with numerous celebrities who have lent their name for a charitable cause, Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin have launched their own make up range for MAC Viva Glam.

Singer Nicki Minaj launched a satin lipstick called “Bright Yellow Pink” which is a creamy, vibrant pink color that sells for $17.50. Ricky Martin’s un-tinted lip moisturizer costs $18 and according to the MAC Viva Glam website, the entire sale goes directly to the MAC AIDS Fund.

Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin have followed in the footsteps of philanthropic stars like Lady Gaga, Cyndi Lauper and Fergie.

“When I was chosen by MAC Cosmetics to be the next Viva Glam spokesperson, I wanted to hug everyone at MAC for giving me this opportunity,” said Minaj. “I’ve always wanted to be a Viva Glam girl.”

Created in 1994, the MAC AIDS Fund’s (MAF) mission is to serve people of all ages, all races and all sexes affected by HIV and AIDS. MAF funds innovative programs that deal directly with the most marginalized, stigmatized and under-heard victims.  Since it’s founding, the organization has raised $235 million.
