Naomi Watts To Play Princess Diana in New Film
Naomi Watts recently landed a role playing one of the most iconic leading ladies of all time—Princess Diana. The film, Caught In Flight, will portray the final two years of her life, including her romances with heart surgeon Hasnat Khan and Dodi Fayed.
Oscar-nominated Oliver Hirschbiegel will direct the film, which is slated to begin production in the U.K. next year. The movie is based on the screenplay by Stephen Jeffreys and will show how Princess Diana found happiness and success through her international campaign and humanitarian efforts.
