Michael Toscano, chef at Eataly’s ultra popular Manzo, is confirmed as the next chef and partner to join Gabriel Stulman’s new restaurant Perla. The new restaurant is in the old Bellavitae space at 24 Minetta Lane. Stulman’s other restaurants include Joseph Leonard, Jeffrey’s Grocery, and Fedora. Perla is named for his maternal grandmother.
