Korea is Set to Build the World’s First Invisible Tower

News | February 3, 2012

GDS Architects are in the early planning stage of building what will be known as the world’s first invisible tower. Some may ask “how can this be possible?” Well, with the help of an optical technology and a crystalline tower this could all be accomplished. The key to making the tower invisible is the architects use of optical technology, with this ingenious development, the crystalline tower is expected to be completely see-through, which makes this project very impressive.

But not only will the tower be invisible, but there will be a number of extensive programs, such as sports and cultural, along with ecological activities inside the Eco Prism. The new project is expected to span above 145,500 square meters and stand as tall as 450 meters, but we’ll have to wait until 2014 for the finish project.
