Haute Event: Karolina Kurkova And Nick Cannon Host Jay-Z After Party
On Tuesday, Feb. 7, model-turned-actress Karolina Kurkova hosted the United Way official after-party at Hudson Bar at Hudson with a special DJ performance by “America’s Got Talent” host and musician Nick Cannon, following Jay-Z’s concert at Carnegie Hall.
Jay Z’s special performances at Carnegie Hall on Monday and Tuesday night helped raise money for United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. Concert goers got a once in a lifetime experience as Jay-Z took the stage at the New York landmark to raise dollars that will help fight poverty, boost on-time graduation rates in underserved New York City schools, and put college within reach for low-income students across the five boroughs.
