An authentic, 700-square foot spacious New York studio is on sale for $1.4m. It is located on 5th Avenue, in Aristotle Oassis’ historical Olympic Tower, which even houses the offices of the NBA.

Currently, the studio holds an ambience of a ‘70s conversation pit in its round living room. The new owner(s) of this apartment will have views outstanding views of landmarks such as Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and the Rockefeller Center – the studio is built with floor-to-ceiling glass to provide these lovely scenes.

The catch? This very place was home to notorious money-masters like Adnan Khashoggi, a Saudi-Arabian arms dealer and Raffaello Follieri, an Italian real estate scamster. Even still, this building is a commander of high prices – its prestige is no question.
