Bid to Party With Steven Tyler at Elton John’s Fete

Steven Tyler, the lead singer of Aerosmith and the magnetic American Idol judge, is auctioning off a seat at his table for the upcoming Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 20^th Annual Academy Awards viewing party on Feb. 26.  The winning bidder will dine with Tyler as well as Erin Brady at the West Hollywood Park in Hollywood, Cali.

Tyler has been a long time supporter of the EJAF, and regularly contributes to the foundation.  All the proceeds to the auction will go directly to the EJAF so you get to schmooze with A-lister’s and gain some valuable karma points at the same time.

Along with the viewing party, there will be a cocktail reception followed with a dinner prepared by “Iron Chef America” star Cat Cora.  Also, the party will have a live auction and performances from the uber-hip Foster the People, Choppard and UK dubstep DJ, Nero.

You might ask yourself; sure I would love to bid on a seat at Steve Tyler’s table but what next?  What do I wear when I’m sitting next to someone who dresses like a modern day Jack Sparrow?  Well, dress the part.  Be stylish but cool.  A few feather weaves and some eyeliner never hurt though.
