AIWF 30th Anniversary Celebration: An Evening of Food, Wine, and Fun!

From January 18 – January 21, AIWF commemorated its three-decade mark with four days of world-class food, wine and educational adventures. The highlight of the weekend was 30thCelebration Dinner & Auction with guest of honor Margrit Mondavi.

The celebratory dinner was a memorable gathering for foodies and wine enthusiasts alike.  The evening included fabulous silent auction and live auction, and a spectacular dinner prepared by Guest Chefs, paired with fine wines.

Margrit Mondavi, the evening’s Guest of Honor, displayed her signature humor, wit and charm during her acceptance speech.

The evening’s guest chefs included Ken Frank, Michelin starred (La Toque, Napa); Joseph Humphrey, Michelin starred chef, previously of (Murray Circle, Sausalito); Brandon Sharp, Michelin starred chef (Solbar, Calistoga); Gale Gand, AIWF Culinary Ambassador and James Beard Award Winning Pastry Chef (Tru ,Chicago); and Emily Luchetti, James Beard Award Winning Chef and Dean of the International Culinary Center of New York and California, Pastry Chef (Waterbar & Farallon; San Francisco)
