Saf Express Opens in Harvey Nichols

Saf—the award-winning restaurant devoted to healthy living— has opened Saf Express on the fifth floor of luxury fashion destination Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge. The quick eatery opened on Jan. 9 and provides health benefits such as immune boost, detox and weight loss.

Saf Express features meals, snacks, juices and hot drinks to go, as well as a dining area for those who can’t resist one of their mouth-watering cakes. The restaurant—including the two in Shoreditch and Kensington—specializes in raw food prepared below 48 degrees Celsius, which preserves flavor and nutrition.

In 2010, Saf Shoreditch was labeled the best vegetarian restaurant in London by the London Evening Standard. In April 2010, it was also awarded the AA Rosette.
