If you can recall, Harry Morton, the genius behind Fukuburger in Hollywood, well he’s gearing up to start a new food venture called Pink Taco located on W. Sunset Blvd where Miyagi’s used to be located. The Mexican restaurant will showcase a large bar and a small taqueria, along with two oversized doors that leads guest right onto the enormous ground floor patio. Also, a dining area filled with tons of booths, several private rooms and two bars on the second level.

Initially, Dodd Mitchell, the designer was ready to design another Asian concept similar to Miyagi’s called Ming & Mi, but lucky for Morton the deal fell through. For now, Morton has since opted to completely strip down the property and renovate from the floor up. Speaking of up, Morton may possibly be planning to create a secret bar on the top floor, but the deal has not yet been confirmed.

If you are interested in dining on some great Mexican cuisine and enjoying a new atmosphere than Pink Taco is the place to be. The hours of operation will more than likely be from 11am-2am. Feel free to checkout Pink Taco’s menu.
