Lacoste, known for making the tennis shirt fashionable both on and off the tennis court, has unveiled their Lab collection featuring products such as an all-white designer bicycle by LOOK and a pair of white surfboards by JP Stark.

Lacoste’s Lab collection is an innovative and modern series of specially crafted sportswear and memorabilia. Most of the products were made in collaboration with some of  the best names in French sporting fashion such as GPA Design, NOTOX, LOOK and MITRE Sports. Items in the new collection include special edition roller skates, cricket bat and ball, a green Lacoste soccer and rugby ball with the signature Lacoste crocodile embroidered on them, a 3B thin birch plywood boomerang and a Carbon fiber white helmet.

The Lacoste Lab collection signifies a link between the luxury brand’s history and it’s future, further setting its continuity and timelessness. According to the Lacoste website, the purpose of the Lacoste Lab is to identify and create products that could represent the future of Lacoste, and seek new materials and designs. The collection is a tribute to Rene Lacoste, renowned investor and designer who is known for creating the L.12.12 polo shirt, tennis rackets, golf clubs and bags and the first ever tennis ball launching machine.
